E-Safety

The safety of our children is important at St Peter's Catholic Primary School. This is also the case when they are using the internet. We have a number of web links for parents to look at which we hope will help:

  • CEOP (Child exploitation & Online Protection Centre) The NCA's CEOP Command (formerly the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre) works with child protection partners across the UK and overseas to identify the main threats to children and coordinates activity against these threats to bring offenders to account.
  • UK Safer Internet Centre Welcome to the UK Safer Internet Centre, where you can find e-safety tips, advice and resources to help children and young people stay safe on the internet.
  • Kidsmart Kidsmart is an award winning practical internet safety programme website for schools, young people, parents, and agencies, produced by the children's internet charity Childnet International.
  • Internet Matters Internet Matters is an independent, not-for-profit organisation to help parents keep their children safe online.
  • Facebook Safety Centre We believe safety is a conversation and a shared responsibility among all of us. That's why we provide the information, tools and resources you'll find here.
  • Chatdanger Welcome to chatdanger - a site all about the potential dangers on interactive services online like chat, IM, online games, email and on mobiles
